Every package contains 24 acrylic ornaments in total. Any compartments not used for custom photo ornaments will include classic Christmas designs such as Christmas trees, bells, snowflakes, gifts, stockings, snowmen, candy canes, sleighs, and other festive designs.

HOW THE ADVENT CALENDAR WORKS

Beginning on December 1, open one numbered MDF door each day using the semicircular pull notch at the bottom. Inside, your family will discover one acrylic ornament to remove and hang on the Christmas tree.

Continue the tradition through December 24 to create a tree filled with family memories and Christmas decorations.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Select your preferred Custom Ornament Count.

2. Add the requested personalization details.

3. Complete your purchase.

4. Send the required photos through Etsy Messages or the available photo-upload option.

5. Please send the same number of photos as the custom ornament package selected.

PHOTO GUIDELINES

For the best printing and contour-cut results, please provide:

• Clear, high-resolution original photos
• Bright, evenly lit images
• Front-facing or clearly visible faces
• Photos with some space around the person, family, or pet
• Images without heavy filters, blur, screenshots, or important areas already cropped

Each submitted photo will normally be used to create one custom ornament unless another arrangement is agreed upon. We may adjust the crop or remove the background to achieve the best ornament shape.

• Average total time from order to delivery: approximately 12–15 business days

Production begins after all required personalization information and usable photos have been received. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, peak holiday demand, or an incomplete personalization submission.
